Ms Webb tomorrow to ask the Honourable Leader of the Government ⎯ 

In relation to the Independent Review undertaken by Mr Sam Tatarka OAM into legal assistance provided to state servants in the course of the Commission of Inquiry into the Tasmanian Government’s Responses to Child Sexual Abuse in Institutional Settings, received by the government on 5 March this year, can the government:

  • Provide an update on progress regarding the assessment of the Tatarka Report for public release;
  • Release any advice received from the Department regarding the public release of the Tatarka Report; and
  • Advise when the review and any recommendations considered permissible by law to be released, will be publicly released?
