What happened when Tasmania’s poker machines reopened

Poker machines in Tasmania reopened in June after the COVID-19 shutdown. In July, losses sky-rocketed to close to $20 million. That’s up 28 per cent on February and an increase of 26 per cent on July last year. Independent Member for Nelson, Meg Webb explains.
