1. Please provide all received public submissions to the Future of Gaming in Tasmania –  Public Consultation Paper February 2020. 

 In making this request, I note the public consultation paper provided for this process states the Department will treat submissions as public in the absence of any clear indication that a submission be treated as confidential in whole or in part.  As such, I am only seeking those submissions (whole and/or in part) which would be classified as warranting ‘public’ treatment consistent with established departmental practice.
