Motion Debated – Call to Deliver Tas NPM Implementation Report Recommendations Passed by Upper House

The Hon. Meg Webb MLC tabled the following motion in the Legislative Council on Tuesday 12 December 2023, noting the Tasmanian National Preventive Mechanism’s (TNPM) inaugural Implementation Report, and calling for each of its eight recommendations be implemented in full.

The Legislative Council debated and passed this motion on Tuesday, 19th of November 2024 (the Liberal government did not vote in support).
