Motion Tabled – Call for Moratorium on Use of Dry Cells

The Hon. Meg Webb MLC tabled the following motion in the Legislative Council on Thursday 8 August 2024, calling for a moratorium to be placed on the use of dry cells by the Tasmanian Prison Service where body scanners are available, while departmental policy review is underway.
