Motion Tabled – Custodial Inspector’s Annual Report 2023-24

The Hon. Meg Webb MLC tabled the following motion in the Legislative Council on Tuesday, 19 August 2025, (following the resumption of the Tasmanian Parliament after its proroguing for the early July state election), drawing attention to the Custodial Inspector’s Annual Report 2023-24, and the Inspector’s more recent statements.

Note: this motion is yet to be debated.

Under Legislative Council processes private members business can only be debated on Tuesdays of parliamentary sitting weeks.
