RTI – Tasmania’s State of the Environment Report

Information requested from The Tasmanian Planning Commission and the Department of Premier and Cabinet on 21 July 2022. Information received from the TPC on 28 July and 12 August, and DPAC on 23 December 2022.

RTI Request:

Please provide: All documentation, including but not limited to correspondence between involved Ministers and departments including Environment and Planning portfolios, relating to the Tasmanian State of the Environment Report, as defined under the State Policies and Projects Act 1993, specifically relating to:

1. The development and production of any state of the state reports subsequent to the 2009 report; and
2. The funding of, and responsibility for, any state of the state reports subsequent to the 2009 report.
