Submission to the Integrity Commission’s Recommendations for Reforming Lobbying Oversight in Tasmania
In May 2022, the Integrity Commission published a consultation paper and research report, exploring potential reforms and calling for public submissions. You can see my submission to the consultation here.
In July 2022, administrative responsibilities for the Lobbyist Register and the Code of Conduct officially transferred from the Department of Premier and Cabinet (DPAC) to the Integrity Commission (IC).
The Integrity Commission wrote to potentially affected parties to provide them with a copy of their draft Framework and Recommendations, as well as seek their feedback. This correspondence from the Integrity Commission can be viewed below, as well as my response to the Draft Framework.
