RTI – S. Neill-Fraser Forensic Exhibits-Pt 1.

Information requested from the Department of Police, Fire and Emergency Management: Internal Review Application dated 19 April 2023 regarding applications (RTI 49/23), (RTI 56/23), and (RTI 87/23) and received via hand delivery on 26 June 2023 (following agreed scope refinement and granted extensions).  

 RTI Request:  

 Please undertake review of initial refusal to provide RTI Requests regarding:  … all documentation concerning forensic exhibit receipt, handling, storage, access, retention, security and return or destruction and re-testing for forensic exhibits (particularly those that are potential sources of DNA) for the period January 2009 to the present day, which relate to the case of Sue Neill-Fraser.
